Analytics and data-platform architecture
Governed reporting and analytics delivery
Microsoft Fabric & Power BI Solutions
Turn enterprise data into useful, governed reporting that teams can operate.
NLCS designs practical data-platform and analytics solutions for organizations that need reliable reporting, reusable semantic models, controlled access, and a defensible operational transition.
Capabilities within a scoped engagement
Technical work that connects to an operating outcome.
Specific deliverables are selected after discovery. NLCS scopes the environment, access, dependencies, cloud support, and responsibility boundary before confirming an implementation plan.
Data preparation and integration
Reporting data models and semantic models
Power BI dashboards and reporting
SQL development
Data quality checks and report reconciliation
Access controls and deployment automation
Documentation and operational transition
How NLCS delivers
Hands-on from requirements through transition.
Clarify reporting decisions, source systems, data ownership, and security requirements.
Design the appropriate reporting model, integration path, and deployment approach.
Build, reconcile, test, and document reports or reusable data models within the agreed scope.
Transition supported analytics artifacts and operating responsibilities to the client team.
Security engineering lifecycle
Assess, architect, implement, validate, operationalize, and optimize.
Assess
Review existing Microsoft security configurations, data risks, and operational requirements.
Architect
Design security controls, integrations, evidence paths, and investigation workflows.
Implement
Configure approved Microsoft security capabilities and integration components.
Validate
Test configurations and document expected versus observed results.
Operationalize
Establish investigation procedures, evidence collection, and security-team handoffs.
Optimize
Improve control effectiveness, detection quality, and configuration consistency.
Connected services
Work across the data and protection lifecycle.
Microsoft support, licensing, and feature status
Validate the actual workload before committing the control.
Catalog, lineage, labels, and enforcement are different
OneLake catalog provides native Fabric discovery and item-level governance. Enterprise catalog scanning and lineage depend on supported sources and permissions. Sensitivity labels do not replace Power BI access controls or protect every export path.

DLP support varies by item type, data format, connection mode, workspace, capacity, licensing, and evaluation trigger. Restrict-access functionality is documented as preview. Commercial, GCC, GCC High, and DoD availability must be reviewed separately.

Microsoft availability and preview status can change; scope approval includes a fresh tenant-specific check. These are documented capabilities and constraints, not claims of completed NLCS customer deployments.
